The Goo Goo Dolls Rock Sesame Street

Going goo-goo over the Goo Goo Dolls!? The internationally known,
Grammy-nominated band is about to hit the big time with the under 5
age group! On January 31 they join voices with Elmo to sing "Pride," a
parody of their hit song "Slide" from their recent album "Dizzy Up The
Girl." Believe me, they'll rock your socks off!

How did the Goo Goo Dolls find their way to Sesame Street? They have
been big Sesame Street fans for years, but this season they lucked out
and got a chance to jam with Elmo. The trio had a great time taping
the segment, and declared it "one of the highlights of our year on the
road."

In "Pride," the Goo Goo Dolls celebrate Elmo's greatest achievements,
like getting dressed by himself, reaching a high shelf, and eating his
peas. Now wouldn't it be nice if your preschooler followed suit? Tune
in to Sesame Street on January 31 (episode #3871), put on your dancing
shoes, and heat up those green peas for lunch! (As always, airdates
are subject to change, so be sure and check your local listings!)
