Sioux City (ABC9) - Officials from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino have announced Grammy-nominated bands the Goo Goo Dolls and Daughtry will be performing at its new outdoor event lawn, The Backyard. The concert is set to take place on Saturday, August 30, 2014.

“Entertainment takes center stage at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City,” said General Manager, Todd Moyer. “We are excited to announce the first of over 200 days of live entertainment that we will welcome to Sioux City annually. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements over the next few days.”

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City will boast a weekly schedule of music and entertainment options featured in both The Backyard and the state-of-the-art indoor entertainment venue, Anthem.
