Ryman Auditorium has no phones, extends refund deadline for Goo Goo Dolls

The Ryman Auditorium has extended the refund for the Goo Goo Dolls concert time frame do to Nashville’s current state of emergency.

Originally the Ryman was giving refunds up until noon today. However the deadline has been extended for refunds until 5 p.m. Friday, May 7.

“Due to the Metro-Nashville State of Emergency, the Goo Goo Dolls concert originally scheduled for Sunday, May 2 has been moved to today, May 3. All May 2 tickets will be honored on May 3. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.,” states ryman.com.

In addition to the postponed show, the Ryman Auditorium is currently experiencing phone problems and according to the website are currently “out of order.”

“The Ryman is still open for regular business hours however (9 am - 4 pm) and tonight's rescheduled concert with The Goo Goo Dolls is being held as planned,” states ryman.com
