GOO GOO DOLLS TO HEADLINE MILLER LITE ROCK N’ RACING CONCERT AT CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY

Rock band the Goo Goo Dolls will be the headline act for the Miller Lite Rock N' Racing concert at Chicagoland Speedway on Thursday, July 9, Chicagoland Speedway announced today. The concert will once again take place at the track's Miller Lite Pit Stop, which is located behind the Speedway’s grandstands in Champions Park. Large crowds are expected for NASCAR Pole Day and the concert, so guests are encouraged to arrive early.

"The Goo Goo Dolls, a day of exciting NASCAR racing and the great taste of Miller Lite are the perfect combination," said Dockery Clark, MillerCoors's director of sports and alliance marketing. "This is the sixth year of the Miller Lite Rock 'n Racing program, and in that time, we've created some truly memorable experiences for race fans across the country. The fans who are able to join us at Chicagoland Speedway are in for a great day at the track."

The concert is free and will take place immediately following NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying. "Being able to host another concert in our Miller Lite Pit Stop provides a unique opportunity for our fans to come and enjoy some great music after an action-packed day, and experience everything Champions Park has to offer. Providing our fans with a concert like this is just another step we’re taking to ensure they receive the highest value of entertainment both on and off the track throughout the weekend."

By that point, sales of the soundtrack exceeded a phenomenal 10 million copies worldwide.
