GOO GOO DOLLS CANCEL APRIL 21 SHOW IN
LEXINGTON, KY AT THE LYRIC THEATRE
April
21, 2014 - The Goo Goo Dolls announced today that tonight's show in
Lexington, KY at the Lyric Theatre is cancelled. Unfortunately, lead
singer Johnny Rzeznik has temporarily lost his voice and is on mandated
vocal rest until further notice. Tickets are available to refund at the
point of purchase. As of now, the remaining tour dates have not been
cancelled.
The Goo Goo Dolls are in the midst of a much-lauded
acoustic tour called The Otis Midnight Sessions, and will embark on an
extensive amphitheater and arena tour this June with Daughtry. The
multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated band are touring in support of their
10th studio album Magnetic, which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard Top
200 chart and No. 2 on the Top Rock Albums chart.
