Goo Goo Dolls bassist Robby Takac and artist manager Gregg Wells (Katrina Carlson, Michael McDermott) have formed Good Charamel Records.

Already signed to the label are alternative rock band Last Conservative, rock group Klear and pop/punk band Juliet Dagger.

The label is currently meeting with a number of potential distributors.
